Liam leads NC Group’s business strategy, ensuring training solutions meet both industry needs and deliver impact for learners and customers. He has 10 years of experience in managing large-scale contracts across the education and training sector, where he specialised in strategic management, quality assurance, and compliance.

Neil oversees NC Group’s operational functions, ensuring every training programme is delivered to the highest standard and tailored to customer needs. He draws on 13 years of experience in the education sector, along with his expertise in developing and leading projects across industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and construction.

Darren leads a team of assessors and tutors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and supporting learners with additional needs. He has spent 15 years working in the education and training sector, managing operations, quality assurance, and delivering learner support.

Heather leads a team delivering high-quality pre-employment programmes that ensure learners gain the skills and experience they need to achieve their career goals. She has experience in curriculum development and operations and draws on her background as an assessor and trainer to support the learner journey.

Trevor brings extensive experience in education and skills development to support a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Formerly CEO of an independent training provider,where he led the organisation from a ‘requires improvement’ to ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating, he now serves as Director at FE and Skills Consulting, specialising in safeguarding, governance, Ofsted preparation, and workforce training.

He draws on his extensive experience in training and education to drive the organisation’s continued growth and success, ensuring NC Group remains a trusted partner for learners, employers, and industry, while establishing a people-focused culture.

As a founder, Ian helped shape NC Group’s vision, values, and strategic direction, which resulted in an Ofsted Outstanding rating in its first full Ofsted inspection. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in further education, welfare-to-work, and training recruitment, along with his expertise in business development and employer engagement, he ensures NC Group delivers impactful, industry-led training solutions.

As a Governor at NC Group, Stuart provides strategic insight and guidance to support the organisation’s ongoing development and success. With extensive experience in education management, business development, and leadership, and as Managing Director of Invest Training, a partner of NC Group, he applies his expertise to support collaboration and continuous improvement across the group.

As Chair of Governors at NC Group, Mo provides strong leadership and oversight to support excellence across the business and in training delivery. With over 35 years’ experience in further and higher education, apprenticeships, and skills, and as a former Principal of both Tyne Metropolitan College and New College Durham, she brings extensive strategic and operational expertise and guidance to the board.
