This Apprenticeship trains individuals to become leaders of change by identifying and solving problems using team based methodologies.

Course Overview

The Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to drive quality improvement within organisations. 


This programme focuses on understanding quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and best practice methodologies, enabling apprentices to contribute effectively to continuous improvement initiatives. 


Learners will develop the ability to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance product and service quality. 


The course emphasises risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, preparing apprentices to support organisational objectives and deliver measurable improvements. 


Practical learning is reinforced through real-world projects, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. By the end of the apprenticeship, participants will be proficient in quality auditing, process evaluation, and performance monitoring, ready to operate confidently as quality practitioners. 


This apprenticeship blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, ensuring learners are well-prepared to support and lead quality initiatives.

Course Price

Fully funded or co-funded at £300

Funding Options

Funding is available via the Apprenticeship Levy and Digital Account System.

An employer contribution of 5% of the standard cost may be required depending on levy funds available and your business size.

End Point Assessment

The EPA consists of 2 assessment methods:

- Assessment method 1: Work based project with presentation and questions and answers

- Assessment method 2: Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
